About The Role A challenging and dynamic R&D Associate position to support the implementation of global projects and initiatives in the field of fabric care products. From feasibility studies to successful market launches. Due to short decision‑making processes and flat hierarchies, you will work exceptionally independently and constantly master new and unknown situations. Your responsibilities Deliver projects efficiently, ensuring all technical and consumer usage aspects are well understood and explored. Use a wide breadth of viewpoint when analysing a problem whilst maintaining a focus on objectives. Ensure proper coordination of laboratory activities while keeping key stakeholders well informed. Have knowledge of laboratory techniques for bench work. Be responsible for ensuring all development activities on assigned projects conform to legislative, health and safety and environmental requirements, including adoption and tracking of laboratory best practices. Participate in projects and teams, carrying out: Production of lab samples Performance tests Stability tests Support to industrial trials Specification setting Product scale‑up with supply chain Present the results of tests and investigations to the Senior Associate or Manager, using the appropriate format and mentioning any issues or unusual results. The experience we're looking for Must hold at least a master’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline. Proven technical and scientific experience in one or more R&D areas. Strong organisational and coordinating skills that can be applied in a laboratory environment. A bias for action; excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand requirements during practical implementation of innovation at a manufacturing set‑up is essential. Good knowledge of English is necessary; proficiency in English is an advantage. The skills for success Displays a high sense of urgency and speed of action but always delivers with full commitment.
