WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:  Customer Support Superstar – Provide a delightful customer experience in every call, email, and text message.  Problem-Solver Extraordinaire – Ask thoughtful questions to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.  Scheduling Pro – Manage appointments with precision and efficiency.  Detail-Oriented – Maintain thorough and accurate customer records in our CRM.  Retention Expert – Handle cancellations and explore customer retention strategies.  Team Player – Work closely with other office teams, technicians, and managers for smooth operations.  Brand Ambassador – Represent Natran’s mission in every customer interaction.
