Job Description Job Description Job Summary: As an International Move Coordinator at Rodi Moving & Storage, you will be the primary point of contact and the driving force behind our clients' international relocation journeys. You will manage all aspects of the move process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial consultation to final destination. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment proactively. Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their international move, building rapport and providing regular updates. Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, timelines, and budget. Prepare accurate and comprehensive move quotations, explaining all service options and associated costs clearly. Coordinate all aspects of the move, including packing, crating, shipping (sea and air freight), customs clearance, and destination services. Liaise effectively with internal teams (e.g., operations, packing crews) and external partners (e.g., shipping lines, customs brokers, destination agents). Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations. Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the move process. Maintain meticulous and organized records of all communication, documentation, and move-related activities. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure client satisfaction by exceeding expectations throughout the entire relocation process. Qualifications: Proven previous experience in the international moving industry or a related logistics/freight forwarding field is required . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and partners from diverse backgrounds. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets). A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service. Must be able to work full-time in our Miami, FL office.
