Private Client Senior Associate/Partner

Senior Associates ready for Partnership, but feeling blocked or overlooked at their current firm. Lawyers who are excited by growth, business development and making a meaningful impact. What You'll Be Doing: Working closely with senior leadership to grow the private client practice in Bristol. Managing a quality caseload involving: HNW and UHNW estate planning Inheritance tax & succession strategies Multi-jurisdictional assets Trusts, LPAs, Wills and complex estate administration Taking the lead in client relationships and referrals. Playing a key role in business development, with support, not red tape. Mentoring junior Lawyers and contributing to the wider strategic goals of the department. What You'll Need To Have: 5 years' PQE in Private Client work (more for those seeking Partner level). A strong technical background with a confident, client-first approach. Experience with HNW estates and cross-border planning is highly desirable. A growth mindset and interest in BD (your ideas will be welcomed).
