Job Description
Bookkeeper and Office Manager, Belfast, Up to £40k We are working alongside a successful manufacturer who are recruiting for their Bookkeeper/Office Manager. Working Mon-Fri 9am 5pm, you will be: Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. VAT Returns Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
