Location: Amsterdam, The NetherlandsEmployment type: Full-timeDepartment: Operations / Logistics Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse employees. Plan and coordinate daily activities to meet operational targets. Monitor performance and ensure quality and productivity goals are achieved. Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for process optimization. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Communicate effectively with other departments and shift leaders to ensure workflow continuity. Handle administrative tasks such as attendance, training, and performance reviews. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Hands-on mentality and problem-solving attitude. Good command of English (Dutch is a plus).
