Job Description This international organization plays a key role in improving animal health worldwide by developing and producing innovative vaccines and pharmaceutical products. As an Senior Process Specialist , you work in a highly technological GMP production environment where products are filled. You act as the technical expert within the team and serve as the right hand and backup of the Operational Coach. Your responsibilities include performing GMP and SHE inspections, supporting audits, and taking the lead in troubleshooting activities. You coordinate validation, calibration, and maintenance processes, implement improvements, and ensure proper documentation (SOPs, BMIs, Change Controls). You manage production data in SAP, analyze trends and deviations in TrackWise, and participate in projects related to equipment implementation and technology transfer. Additionally, you play a key role in knowledge management by training operators and developing training materials. This position combines technical expertise, process optimization, and a strong focus on quality and safety in a sterile production environment. Responsibilities Work in a GMP environment for filling and lyophilization of vaccines and pharmaceutical products Act as functional backup for the Operational Coach and participate in Tier meetings Conduct GMP and SHE inspections and support internal and external audits Lead troubleshooting and process optimization based on data analysis Coordinate validation, calibration, and maintenance activities; implement process improvements Manage documentation such as SOPs, BMIs, and Change Controls Maintain and analyze production data in SAP and TrackWise; propose improvements based on trends Contribute to equipment implementation, URS development, and technology transfer projects Support process automation and software systems (BMS, Hermes, Review) Train operators and develop training materials to ensure knowledge transfer Profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent (e.g., HLO/HTS in Microbiology, (Bio)Chemistry, or Process Technology) Proven experience in GMP production and familiarity with SHE regulations Experience with SAP, TrackWise, and process automation (Hermes is a plus) Knowledge of project management and continuous improvement (MPS/SPS, Kaizen); Green Belt or Lean Leader certification is an advantage Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken Comfortable working with hazardous materials (e.g., carcinogenic, pathogenic substances) and GGO regulations Employment Conditions Employment type: Temporary position until 31 October 2026 Contract: with Oxford Global Resources Salary indication: Between €3,000,- and €5,500 gross per month (depending on education and experience) Working hours: 32-40 hours per week Language: Dutch and English Vacancy number: 26623 Are you excited about this opportunity and want to know more or apply directly?
