Job Description We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Office & IT Support Assistant to join our São Paulo team. This entry-level position combines office and facility coordination with first-level IT support, ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations. The role is split evenly between administrative and technical responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Office & Facility Support (50%) Coordinate daily office operations, supplies, and vendor management. Support workspace setup, meeting room logistics, and employee onboarding/offboarding. Liaise with building management and service providers. Assist remote offices (Rio, Curitiba, Lima) with operational needs. Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment. Help organize internal events and ensure compliance with internal and external safety, security, and emergency standards. Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing CO₂ emissions and improving environmental sustainability in our offices. IT Support (50%) Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and internal applications. Assist users locally and remotely; respond to inbound support calls. Guide users through troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when needed. Configure and reset devices; manage IT onboarding sessions for new employees. Maintain IT asset inventory and contribute to internal documentation. Profile High school diploma or technical training; higher education is a plus in Information Systems, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in Help Desk/Service Desk, General IT Support, or Troubleshooting roles. Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset. Fluent in English. Familiarity with ticketing systems, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange is appreciated. Knowledge of Intune and Microsoft 365 is an advantage. Willingness to travel occasionally to supported offices. What We Offer An international community bringing together 110 different nationalities.
