Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. Be part of the European Implementation Team and support local and European customers, impacting patients’ health and well-being. Resolve customer problems and issues through technical, scientific expertise and troubleshooting. Drive revenue growth while ensuring strong customer contract retention and warranty conversion. Train customers, verify operational performance and data quality of systems; maintain customer support logs and internal records in a timely manner. Develop commercial awareness through cross-functional support of the business to demonstrate pioneering innovation solutions and new products to customers. Essential Requirements University scientific degree minimum 1 year of experience in chemical chemistry and immunoassays. Fluent in Italian and English; a third European language is a strong plus. Ability to interact with customers on a detailed scientific basis to ensure customer needs are fulfilled. Ability to travel and provide service in the assigned geography, with periodic travel to other areas and overnight travel. Ability to work flexible hours as per business needs. Travel & Environment Travel within the Italian and European region (up to 90%; 70% Italy, 20% Europe) with overnight stays as needed. Hold a current valid driver’s license and good driving record. If driving Beckman Coulter vehicles, follow the Danaher Vehicle Policy. FAS operate independently within their geographic territory; however, we operate as a team to share standard methodologies, mentor and receive expert technical support.
