Senior Controller

Join to apply for the Senior Controller role at Richemont Overview Senior Controller role within the Italy & Greece FP&A team. The position reports to the FP&A Director and is part of the FP&A function supporting shared service functions/brands. Responsibilities Involved in budgeting and forecasting activities on a yearly and quarterly basis. Responsible for performance analysis vs plan on a monthly/quarterly basis; monitor trends and propose achievable action/corrective plans to drive target achievement and further investments. Support, monitor and follow up the execution. Develop and maintain digital reporting tools to drive financial targets and enable the team to rely on data resources for explaining performance. Provide ad hoc analysis and timely financial information critical to business leaders’ decision making. Provide commercial analysis, develop growth targets, and evaluate strategic initiatives. Play a key role in the preparation of capital investment projects, providing financial insights to support the decision process. Articulate finance issues clearly to various audiences, adjusting style as needed. Work with the Reporting teams to ensure proper and accurate P&L/BS management during the closing period. Qualifications Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related discipline. Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA is a plus. Extensive experience in FP&A/Financial Controlling & Reporting. Excellent modelling skills (Microsoft Office Excel; knowledge of VBA/Power BI is a plus). Solid financial background and business acumen; robust analytical skill-set; strong attention to detail. Ability to work with tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and activities; effective team player. Entrepreneurship and agile mindset; continuous improvement mindset; challenged status quo to improve efficiency. Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.
