Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Night Audit Agent to join the summer season 2026 of Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities are: • Supporting the Night Auditor Manager in balancing the day's revenues, ensuring accurate entry of rate codes, discounts, and other financial details in Opera, and print necessary back-up reports before the system closes for the day. • Handling visitors professionally during the night shift in coordination with security, ensuring the privacy and security of all guests • Recording major incidents and important information in the Duty Manager’s logbook • Ensuring the Resort’s credit policy is followed, conducting Credit Check Reports, and signing off on Rebates and Paid-Outs with proper justification. • Preparing detailed reports and end-of-day summaries, which include daily revenue, occupancy statistics, guest activity, and other critical data for management review. • Closing out the financial transactions for the day, including reconciling guest accounts, checking-in and checking-out records, restaurant charges, minibar usage, and all other billed services. • Ensuring that all charges (room rates, incidental charges, etc.) are accurately posted and recorded. Any discrepancies are resolved before the end of the shift. • Ensuring the hotel’s safety during the night shift. This includes monitoring security systems, overseeing hotel access, and alerting security personnel about any unusual activities. • Working closely with the morning shift staff to ensure a smooth transition of information, and that all necessary updates are passed along to the day shift team.
