Quality Junior Specialist - Maternity Cover As LOC Quality Specialist you will support the LOC quality department in Italy to deliver quality products that are the first choice for consumers. You will ensure end to end compliance with HALEON QMS, Quality and Regulatory guidelines, including ongoing inspection readiness for audits (Internal, external) and robust CAPA management, and robust quality governance. You will undertake responsibilities to support and improve quality processes, projects and plans with an aim to achieve excellence and be always inspection ready. This secondment is a great opportunity to widen your experience in LOC GxP Regulatory Environment & Quality Systems. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage for all the brands assigned the following activities: The batch release process for ensuring a proper prioritization and timely manner release for supporting HALEONCH OTIF including the Bollino tracking management. Handling complaints, deviations, CAPAs and Change Control. Managing the accurate version of TTS and QAA. Tracking and coordinating repacking activities. Managing issues and returns from warehouses and MMW. Support the QMS implementation locally for ensuring and in place and in use HALEON QMS. Review of the PQR/PPRs when applicable. Support the Management Monitoring and Internal Business Monitoring program within the LOC as well as internal or external audits. Third Party Oversight including Logistic Service Providers. Develop and maintain the LOC Quality culture. Qualifications & Skills: Qualification in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, life sciences or equivalent 2 years of experience in Operational Quality environment in a pharmaceutical business Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to GMP/GDP. Knowledge on effective quality documentation systems and good documentation practices (ALCOA principles). Broad knowledge in application and improvement of Quality Management Systems Capable of working in multi-disciplinary teams across IT, Quality, External Supply, Supply Chain/Hub, Regulatory Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience required: Analytical mind, good attention to detail and problem-solving skills within a structured process Good team player – works well in cross-functional teams Good time management skills, with ability to multi-task and work under pressure Works with a spirit of continuous improvement and innovation, creatively open to new ideas and methods Ability to self-motivate and be resilient and focused under pressure Able to work effectively in English Flexible thinking – able to challenge and see views from different perspectives Diversity, Equity and Inclusion At Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.
