Customer Service Specialist (Protected Categories) TASKS AND ACTIVITIES promptly responde to customer queries via email, live chat and phone immediately escalate serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with liaise with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues identify common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible obtain and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvements REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer services Familiarity with tools and customer services methodologies Strong customer orientation Belonging to Protected Categories ex Law 68/99 Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products. Good communication and teamwork abilities. LANGUAGES: English: fluent WORK LOCATION Turin Hybrid
