Job Description

Overview Senior E-commerce Director EUME will be a pivotal leader responsible for shaping and accelerating Tory Burch's digital commerce growth across Europe and the Middle East. This role blends strategic vision, operational excellence, entrepreneurialism, and deep customer insight to drive performance, brand equity, and market share across owned and partner digital channels, as well as managing day-to-day operational activities for EMEA's digital platforms. Reporting to the President of EMEA, the role will have full P&L responsibility and lead the development and execution of the regional digital roadmap while fostering cross-functional alignment with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Technology, and Customer Experience. The role will closely work with global partners in New York and other Regions to ensure programming and content on digital direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels reflects the brand while accounting for local customer cultural nuances. Responsibilities Develop and implement a multi-year strategy for sustained digital growth to drive best-in-class e-commerce. Identify and scale levers for growth, including digital marketing optimization, online buying innovation, CRM and personalization, site experience enhancements, and wholesale partnerships. Utilize customer data and insights to develop and optimize customer strategies to grow topline. Partner with Marketing and Creative to drive brand engagement and relevance for key marketing campaigns through innovative digital activations. Drive alignment between global brand priorities and local execution, leveraging market insights to tailor content and engagement. Full responsibility in partnership with online buying, merchandising, planning, digital marketing, email, site experience, and client services. Lead execution of E-commerce strategies to develop fully integrated operational and seasonal plans across promotions, marketing, merchandising, site content development, and creative execution. Work closely with Supply Chain Operations on improving efficiency and customer experience. Partner with Finance to build annual and monthly financial growth plans and budgets. Champion Tory Burch's brand values by creating elevated, localized experiences across platforms while enhancing Tory Burch's visibility and salience via innovative storytelling, digital-first campaigns. Oversee execution across digital marketing, site experience, UX/UI, personalization, SEO/SEM, performance media, email, and CRM. Partner with Global Tech, Product, and Data teams to enhance platform capabilities, customer data strategy, and analytics infrastructure. Lead continuous improvement in user journey, checkout conversion, mobile optimization, and customer service. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional E-commerce team with a culture of agility, accountability, and innovation. Influence internal stakeholders across EMEA and Global HQ to embed digital-first thinking and customer centricity. Foster collaboration with store operations, logistics, and wholesale to ensure seamless omnichannel integration. Work across channel, function, and geographic teams within Tory Burch to effectively engage and align all available resources and stakeholders to meet company goals. Identify opportunities across channels and regions; take initiative to create solutions. Embrace, embody and champion the mission and vision of Tory Burch. Ideal Candidate Profile Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Proven track record managing E-commerce P&Ls across multiple markets; strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and balancing brand growth with business performance. Digital Native with Innovation DNA: Demonstrated experience launching and scaling digital innovations and testing new approaches. Brand Builder: Passionate about premium, purpose-led brands with regional expertise in Europe and the Middle East; skilled in storytelling and community engagement. Leadership & Influence: Authentic, growth-oriented leader with strong cross-functional collaboration skills; effective communicator with experience driving change in complex, matrixed organizations. Digital Thought Leader and Growth Hacker: Deep understanding of data-driven E-commerce and direct-to-consumer marketing; known for applying innovative thinking to drive digital growth. E-commerce General Management: Solid experience managing full E-commerce P&Ls with profitable growth; hands-on across platforms, technologies, and the full digital marketing mix; proficient in sales and conversion reporting, ROI analysis, SEO, social media, and email marketing. Category, Brand, and Consumer Insight: Strong connection to the Tory Burch brand and audience; omni-channel knowledge preferred.
