Throughout, the House wields the codes of luxury and classicism to ignite a daring new path, under the creative direction of Chief Creative Officer Dario Vitale.Your Opportunity:As *Merchandising Planner ,* you will support the WW Sales planning & OTB process liaising with Global functions and regional teams in the achievement of sales targetsYour Contribution: Plan WW Sales according to Budget and by seasonal, carry over and still valid* Plan OTB according to target Sell-Through* Work closely with regional stakeholders to align on Sales Plan and OTB* Work with Retail Merchandising team during the buying campaign to ensure alignment between sales plan and collection potential: stock need by category, SKU target to define master order, monitoring orders against OTB by category/market, other ad hoc analysis;* Work with Demand Planning in order to align on Carry Over forecast and replenishment needs* In-season monitoring of the performance, sales plan achievement and stock level at a WW and regional level;* Support projects on planning tools and planning process improvement (ex. planning by line).Your Skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;* Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team;* Fluency in English is required; Italian is considered a plus;* Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and Board is a plus;* Interest in the luxury and fashion industry.Don’t lose this great opportunity to join us.
