Experience in the retail sector with responsible roles. Availability to work full‑time on 5‑6 day shifts distributed from Monday to Sunday. Proactive, managerial attitude and ability to motivate the team. Customer orientation, respect for others, teamwork, discipline, simplicity, and no waste. Good knowledge of the English language.
