RESPONSIBILITIES Co-creative positive experiences with our amazing customers Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, smoothies, refreshers, and energy drinks Creativity is encouraged (coming up with new drinks, processes, product ideas) Provide exceptional service with a friendly and engaging attitude Operate drink equipment and troubleshoot any issues Prepare / bake / cook food for our customers Keep up-date with coffee / drink trends and new brewing / crafting techniques Create latte art and other visually appealing coffee presentations QUALIFICATIONS We are willing to train the right candidate, no previous experience necessary Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently Excellent communication and teamwork Passion for creating a positive work environment Desire to learn and grow BENEFITS Competitive salary and tips 1st shift daytime hours available, flexibility in scheduling (Full-Time or Part-Time) Flexible hours within the 6:30am - 3:30pm timeframe Great roll even for those who have limited availability (stay-at-home parents, college students, individuals that have weekday availability even 1-2 days a week etc) Employee discounts on all our delicious beverages and snacks Opportunities for professional development and training Fun and supportive work environment Health and wellness benefits Flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle Company Description LaJava is an energetic and innovative company committed to creating the best experiences for our customers.
