What will you do? Clean areas, rooms, meeting rooms, and restrooms according to procedures and sanitation guidelines Replenish supplies in restrooms Conduct walk-arounds of assigned areas to assure housekeeping standards are met Report maintenance repair problems to Supervisor Ensure all lost and found items are turned in and logged on a daily basis More about you Must be at least 21 years of age Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools, and fixtures Ability to work quickly under pressure, follow directions, and be guest service-oriented Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations No experience or diploma required Physical requirements Frequent walking and standing for the entire length of the shift Frequent climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and perform washing duties Regularly exposed to fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals Shift details OT as needed Weekends M-F Overnight Evenings Who we are Southland Casino Hotel, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 2200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps, and roulette tables, simulcast wagering, and sportsbook.
