What will you do? Prepare food to recipe specifications promptly Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed Keep workstation and cooking equipment clean, organized, and sanitized Make sure food temperatures are maintained and food is stored properly Ensure compliance with food safety standards and follow all health codes and sanitation regulations More about you High school diploma; enrolled in a program Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes Basic math skills with the ability to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical requirements Ability to lift and carry large pans, weighing up to 50 lbs Manual dexterity to chop, mix, blend, whip, etc., a variety of foods and liquids Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift Shift details Events Who we are Delaware North is the food, beverage, and retail provider at Little Caesars Arena.
