Our client is a well-known global firm who is looking to expand their Corporate Tax and Incentives team with an Associate. The team advises a diverse portfolio of clients, including public and private companies, financial institutions, and innovative start-ups operating across the UK and internationally. The team handles a broad spectrum of work, spanning corporate, real estate and finance transactions, investment funds tax, share schemes, employment incentives and remuneration planning. Ideal Candidate: England and Wales qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with 2–4 years’ PQE Experience of the tax aspects of mid-market M&A transactions, particularly those involving option schemes or management shareholders Exposure to Private Capital advisory matters Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree. Excellent drafting, analytical, and client management skills Proactive team player with a commercial approach Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
