Our client, a leading full-service City law firm, is looking for a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor with between 1-3 years' PQE to join the London team. The team handles a wide range of contentious property matters, including: Landlord and tenant disputes (including lease renewals) Development matters Dilapidations Sales and purchases of land Breach of contract Insolvency-related property issues. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Property Disputes, contributing to the team's ongoing growth. You will have the opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters, while developing your technical skills and commercial acumen in a collaborative and supportive environment. The suitable candidate will be someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and eager to grow their expertise in Property Disputes. They will also be qualified in England & Wales, with 1-3 years' PQE, and have a strong academic background.
