The London US Corporate team has built a strong track record advising clients on their most complex and cross-border deals, often acting opposite other leading US firms and the Magic Circle. From public and private M&A, to joint ventures and corporate governance matters, the lawyers are at the forefront of some of the most sophisticated and first-of-their-kind transactions in the market. The firm is now looking for a US qualified associate (minimum 4 years' post qualification experience) to join the London team. The ideal candidate will bring: Strong experience in Mergers & Acquisitions within a top-tier US Corporate practice Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle day-to-day advisory matters Initiative, commercial awareness and the confidence to take on significant responsibility in a fast-paced, but also collaborative environment.
