Commercial Property Lawyer

A local authority based in London is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer for a three-month period. This role is to cover a period of leave. The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will advise on a wide range of transactional property matters. You will take on an existing caseload of leases, licences, acquisitions, disposals etc. The local authority is seeking candidates with a proven track record working in local government. You must hold a current practising certificate to be considered for the role. This is a hybrid working position. The pay rate on offer is £198.45 PAYE per day or £272.73 umbrella per day.
