Functieomschrijving Are you an experienced supervisor looking for a temporary challenge in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a temporary Supervisor for CEVA for a minimum of 6 to 12 months. You'll manage a team and ensure organizational goals are met. Additionally, you have: experience in managing a team fluent in English (Dutch is a plus) a flexible and results-oriented approach to work experience with LEAN methodologies, 5S, or a Green/Yellow Belt is a plus what will you do As a temporary Supervisor at a large logistics company, you'll lead a team of 50 to 60 employees. You'll ensure that productivity targets are met. Your tasks will include: planning and controlling the work in the warehouse solving problems and adapting quickly during busy periods coaching and guiding your team implementing and enforcing 5S and LEAN principles ensuring the smooth completion of a contract that is ending where will you work You'll be working in a large warehouse where packages are handled and shipped sustainably.
