Within this, the Marketplace team plays a critical role in driving growth and ensuring seamless execution with our partner platforms. Your responsibilities are to: Lead weekly trading reviews across key metrics (sales, margin, returns, sell-through); Execute trading actions to maximize Cyber Month and Holiday performance; Plan and optimize Zalando ZMS campaigns for ROI; Align assortment and promotions with Planning and Marketing; Monitor stock utilization and address commercial risks promptly; Drive Zalando ZFS assessment and rollout with Logistics and Finance; Identify and prioritize new marketplace opportunities for 2026; Support contract discussions with Legal and Finance; Oversee product activation and day-to-day trading coordination; Manage reporting dashboards (OEV, profitability, returns); Act as key liaison across Planning, Ops, Marketing, and regional teams; Guide direct reports and support onboarding processes.
