This opportunity is for you!What we offer:- Stable full-time position with comprehensive benefits (including 3 weeks vacation, health benefits paid at 75%)- Company truck, cell phone, and full set of tools provided - Gas expenses covered- Annual bonus - Opportunity to work for a respected and innovative real estate companyWhat you'll do:- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of a portfolio of 45-50 industrial buildings across the Greater Montreal area.- Respond promptly to maintenance requests dispatched by your supervisor, performing tasks such as: lawn care, landscaping, and general exterior maintenance, minor repairs including replacing light fixtures, and temporary window fixes, inspecting and addressing leaks, securing doors, and other general building upkeep, conduct on-site assessments independently, determine appropriate solutions, and execute repairs efficiently, ensure that all buildings remain safe, functional, and well-maintained to meet tenant and company standards.- Work independently on site while reporting to your supervisor.- Ensure buildings are maintained and tenants' needs are met.Who we're looking for:- Practical maintenance or handyman experience (residential, commercial, industrial, or self-employed)- Strong French skills- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites in the greater Montreal area- Autonomous, reliable, and able to manage priorities- Availability to work between 7 AM and 3 PM, with rare evening or weekend calls on sitesOther Language Requirement: English- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced- Reason for Language Requirement: Communication with suppliers from outside Quebec region- Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)This role is perfect for those who enjoy hands-on work, facing new challenges every day, and being part of a reliable, dynamic team.Please forward your resume in Word format to Cristina Bilbao at cristina.bilbao@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
