Key Responsibilities:- Prioritize customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and effectively communicating product features and benefits- Understand and respect customer needs and expectations- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of product features and benefits to optimize sales opportunities with each customer- Expand our prospect database and ensure timely follow-up on leads- Handle inbound calls, converting prospects into sales and addressing customer inquiries- Address and resolve prospective customer objections- Enter and update customer information within our corporate database- Investigate and resolve customer service issues in a timely mannerRequirements:- 3 years of experience in B2B inside sales and customer support, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector - Knowledge or familiar with mechanical products- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills- SAP (asset) - Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm- Resourceful personality with the ability to find alternative solutions to product delays or sourcing issuesTo apply, please send your resume in Word format to Hannah Tiongson at hannah.tiongson@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
