Senior Technical Accountant (CPA or CA) with experience in corporate accounting and finance

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Accountant with experience in corporate accounting and finance for a contract in downtown Calgary . This role is 5 days per week in office. Must Have: 8 years experience working as an Accountant with to assist in a US GAAP experience to assist with the acquisition of a Canadian company by an American company Experience working the IFRS disclosure checklist Experience with JDE or OneStream Experience in retail, manufacturing or downstream oil and gas Experience performing contract technical accounting reviews and experience maintaining monthly workbooks on credit loss, hedge effectiveness, impairment indicator assessments Experience preparing quarterly and annual financial statements, MD&A and Audit committee memos Apply
