Technical Project Manager

Position: Technical Project ManagerLocation: Remote with Travel Required (North America)We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Project Manager!Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end deployment of an AI Solution, ensuring timely delivery and execution. Develop and manage aggressive project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met.- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary external-facing contact for clients, conducting discovery sessions and kick-off calls. Work closely with partners to understand their needs, define requirements, and deliver customized solutions.- Technical Implementation: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other technical teams to ensure successful deployment. Oversee engineering workflows, manage timelines, and resolve any technical issues that arise.- Problem Solving and Execution: Take charge of problem-solving, remove roadblocks, and push projects forward with a sense of urgency. Set aggressive deadlines, hold internal stakeholders accountable, and drive faster delivery to stay ahead of schedule.Qualifications:- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in technical project management, with a strong focus on project delivery and execution in consulting or similar environments. Experience with Retail Tech, B2B SaaS, or E-Commerce implementations (especially payment, fulfillment, inventory) is highly preferred.- Client-Facing Skills: Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage client relationships, understand business needs, and deliver high-impact solutions.- Technical Expertise: Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand complex technical workflows.
