They're looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join their team in Montreal for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.Why You'll Love This Role:- Remote position with monthly in-person sessions- Competitive hourly rate - $40/hour (depending on experience)- Opportunity to work with a world-renowned organization- Collaborative, innovative, and supportive environmentWhat You'll Do:- Act as the main training contact for key accounts and partners- Meet regularly with customers to understand their goals and design customized learning solutions- Build and update learning materials and pathways to meet client-specific needs- Lead onboarding sessions for new customers to ensure smooth training implementation- Manage user data and access to ensure accurate reporting and ease of use- Share monthly insights on learner engagement and training performance- Send weekly communications highlighting new training initiatives and content updates- Create resources and toolkits to help clients promote training internally- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, content) to align on training programs- Gather feedback and continuously improve learning strategiesWhat You Bring:- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Customer Success, or Training Management (experience in healthcare, optical, or retail is an asset)- Strong communication and relationship-building skills- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms- Highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsIf you're passionate about learning, customer engagement, and helping people grow, this role is for you!
