Senior Paralegal - Real Estate & Corporate - Hybrid

Position: Senior Paralegal - Real Estate & CorporateLocation: Montreal (Downtown) HybridSalary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year (commensurate with experience)Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)We are seeking an autonomous and highly organized legal professional with solid experience in real estate transactions. In this role, you will play a key role in handling real estate acquisitions while also overseeing a range of legal responsibilities across the company.If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoys both legal work and strategic business involvement, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:- Manage all legal aspects of real estate acquisitions- Draft and negotiate commercial leases- Review and validate contracts related to property sales and acquisitions- Oversee and manage litigation matters affecting the business- Supervise residential tenant disputes and resolutions- Handle contract disputes and support litigation strategy as needed- Review and revise employment contracts and internal policies- Provide general legal support to internal departments- Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessaryQualifications:- Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) OR extensive experience as a Senior Paralegal in real estate and corporate law- Minimum 5 years' experience in real estate, legal drafting, and contract negotiation- Strong knowledge of Quebec real estate and commercial leasing laws- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French Other language requirement: English- Required proficiency level: Advanced- Reason for language requirement: Frequent communication with clients, collaboration with internal team members, customer service- Frequency of use: DailyIf you're a driven legal professional with a strong background in real estate and a passion for navigating complex transactions, we want to hear from you.
