Our client, a well-established insurance provider in British Columbia, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join their team. As an advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering personalized insurance solutions for home, auto, tenant, condo and high value products for customers. Proactively contacting insurance companies regarding renewal. Consistently providing a high level of customer service in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Efficiently and accurately underwriting new and renewal business according to company or program guidelines. Processing policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations by established office procedures and best practices. Completing the binding, invoicing, premium collection, and file documentation of assigned accounts Qualifications Level 1 General Insurance License (Level 2 desired) 3 years or more experience in managing a Personal Lines Team-oriented personality Technical skills in MS Office and Insurance Portals (EPIC)
