This position is to provide coverage the return of the current incumbent (date unknown). The position works Monday through Thursday from 08:00-16:00. Operation within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of the rehabilitation team, you make a substantial contribution to the impact on progression of patient/resident needs and their rehabilitation journey. Within this role, a Rehabilitation Assistant: • Is encouraged to work at top of scope. • Engages patients with regular therapeutic interventions. • Has a huge impact on progression of patient needs and their rehab journey. • Is an integral member of the rehabilitation team. • Is relied on to be the eyes and ears of the rehab team.
