Your role:Supervise work according to set priorities and the company's requirementsResolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfactionCarry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager's directionsDetermine work schedule while complying with the established labour budget and ensuring that customer needs are metCoach, encourage, and motivate employeesParticipate in the performance assessment process and employee training, and follow up as necessaryFollow the store's policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety in the workplace What we're looking for:Previous team supervision experience is an assetStrong communication skillsAbility to exercise good judgment and set priorities If selected for an interview, please advise our Store team if you require accommodation during the interview and assessment process and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.
