At CI&T, we're growing fast and looking for a talented, motivated Mid-level Data Developer to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to drive data analytics and machine learning solutions for our global clients. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and usability. Develop CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes. Implement Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions. Apply FinOps principles to optimize data costs. Qualifications Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking). Experience working with international clients. Strong background in data engineering with modern data stacks. Experience in a cloud environment using SQL and/or Spark. Familiarity with Data Quality practices. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes. Experience with Data Lake/Data Warehouse implementations. Understanding of Data Governance principles. Knowledge of FinOps as applied to the data space.
