Responsibilities The Private Equity Trainee will support the investment team in sourcing, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities, and assist in monitoring portfolio companies. Participate in deals and/or portfolio company activities; gain exposure to investment memos, financial modelling, due diligence, and strategic decision-making processes. Conduct Investment Research & Analysis, support Deal Sourcing and Transaction activities, assist Financial Modeling & Valuation, and help Portfolio Monitoring. Contribute to team learning and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Competencies Analytical Rigor: Breaks down information and focuses on what matters for decision-making. Qualifications Education: Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering with expected graduation June 2026–June 2027. Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English. Technical Skills: Strong foundation in corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting. Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience: Internship experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking or related areas, finance-related academic projects, case competitions, or relevant extracurricular activities (experience is a plus but not mandatory). Personal Attributes: Proactive, intellectually curious, hands-on team player with strong collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
