You will have the chance to learn and contribute to the implementation of our strategy, focusing on sustainable growth and positive transformation in the sector. Responsibilities The Private Equity Trainee will support the investment team in sourcing, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities, and assist in monitoring portfolio companies. Participate in deals and/or portfolio company activities; gain exposure to investment memos, financial modelling, due diligence, and strategic decision-making processes. Conduct Investment Research & Analysis, support Deal Sourcing and Transaction activities, assist Financial Modeling & Valuation, and help Portfolio Monitoring. Contribute to team learning and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Competencies Analytical Rigor: Breaks down information and focuses on what matters for decision-making. Market & Sector Knowledge: Demonstrates curiosity and insight into relevant industries. Qualifications Education: Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering with expected graduation June 2026–June 2027. Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English. Technical Skills: Strong foundation in corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting. Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience: Internship experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking or related areas, finance-related academic projects, case competitions, or relevant extracurricular activities (experience is a plus but not mandatory). Personal Attributes: Proactive, intellectually curious, hands-on team player with strong collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
