Join to apply for the Application Coordinator role at Hult International Business School The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Specialist to support prospective Master’s candidates throughout their application process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple applications efficiently. This role requires collaboration with regional teams, admissions, proactive follow-up, and comfort working with systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities And Duties Application Support Guide and support prospective Master’s candidates across Latin America during their application process. Liaise closely with the Directors of Enrollment and Admissions team to ensure smooth progress of applications. Collect and review application documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Follow up with candidates and Admissions on next steps, deadlines, and outstanding requirements. Provide timely and accurate communication. Teamwork and Collaboration Work closely with Directors of Enrollment and admissions teams to ensure candidates’ needs are met efficiently. Escalate potential issues, missing information, or delays to appropriate team members and management. Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture. Data and Technical Operations Maintain accurate student records and engagement activities. Perform precise data entry, reporting, and document preparation to support decision-making. Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) to organize information and track progress. Time Management and Organization Manage multiple candidate applications simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy. Prioritize tasks to ensure application deadlines are consistently met. Maintain an organized workflow to handle a high volume of interactions. Qualifications And Skills Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in admissions, customer service, student support, or a related field. Fluency in English and Spanish Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
