FBS Technical Manager (Agile Product Manager - Data)

Job Summary This position helps develop the vision and roadmap with Data: how to consume the data, develop a strategy, linked data to enable forward thinking business solutions. It is an Agile product manager with Data Knowledge, Analysis and Strategy. Key Activities Vision and Roadmap Development: Develops and maintains the program vision that aligns with business and enterprise objectives Customer and Market Interaction: Acts as the internal voice of the customer for the Agile Release Train (ART) Collaboration and Leadership: Leads and collaborates cross-functionally with various teams, including development, to ensure the delivery of customer value Program Management: Manages the flow of complex work through the program Kanban, ensuring efficient handling of large ART sizes and multiple stakeholders Decision Making and Release Management: Maintains accountability for content decisions for the ARTs, continuously defining, prioritizing, and validating features Requirements 7-10 years in a similar role with at least Experience in the Insurance space working with Data - Highly valued English Proficiency required Bachelor's degree required, Master's Preferred Experience Managing Data infrastructure: Data Marts, models, reports, and analytics platforms Deep knowledge of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and analytical data Experience in data governance, security, and accessibility Cloud Base Data Technologies SQL, Python, SPARK, Snowflake (Desirable) Agile principles Other Critical Skills Leadership Influence Collaboration Analytical Vision Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package Career development and training opportunities Flexible work arrangements (remote and/or office-based) Dynamic and inclusive work culture within a globally renowned group Private Health Insurance Pension Plan Paid Time Off Training & Development Capgemini is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
