We develop an Automatic Language Processing (NLP) engine and provide conversational solutions for businesses such as chatbots, knowledge management tools, digital demos, and search engines. Our customers include global companies in Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Services, Retail, Transportation, and other sectors. Role Summary As an AI Solutions Engineer , you will lead the technical engagement across the customer lifecycle—from discovery and solution design to implementation and ongoing optimization. You will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of Inbenta’s platform, and ensure successful deployment and adoption. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that blends technical expertise, product knowledge, and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Pre-Sales Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer goals and design tailored solutions using Inbenta’s AI platform. Deliver compelling demos and proof-of-concepts, showcasing Inbenta’s AI products and tools. Lead technical discovery sessions and present architecture recommendations. Implementation & Delivery Translate business requirements into technical configurations and workflows. Deploy and configure Inbenta products. Collaborate with customer teams to ensure smooth onboarding and go-live. Optimization & Support Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting post-deployment. Act as a trusted advisor to customer technical teams, ensuring long-term success. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3 years in a technical customer-facing role (Sales Engineering, Implementation, or Support). Experience with SaaS platforms and RESTful APIs. Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, or similar scripting languages. Strong communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and problem-solving approach. Familiarity with GenAI, NLP, or chatbot technologies is a strong plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
