Benfen | User-Oriented | In Pursuit of Excellence | Result-Oriented Position brief Work from office position The Finance Business Partner will act as a key liaison between the Finance function, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. This role combines Channel Finance and Expense Finance responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial management of trade policies, channel accounts, retail marketing expenses, and settlements. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Your responsibilities Provide financial insights and recommendations to Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive informed decision-making. Partner with regional leadership to optimize return on investment (ROI) from channel and marketing spend. Support monthly closing, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring transparency for HQ and LATAM leadership. Ensure compliance with local regulations and realme’s internal control framework. Continuously improve processes and reporting tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency. Calculate and verify expense policies (e.g., retail marketing and promotional spend). Track and maintain policy monitoring forms for expense execution. Review expense contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with budget. Act as finance liaison for OEM communication , ensuring proper accounting treatment and settlement of co-funded activities. Requirements for the position Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field . Master’s or MBA is a plus. 5 years of experience in Channel Finance, Expense Finance, FP&A, or related roles (experience in tech/consumer electronics/startups is a strong advantage). Strong knowledge of channel settlement, trade promotions, expense tracking, and financial reconciliation . Proven ability to manage sales contract review and financial policy validation . Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience preferred. Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish and/or Mandarin is a plus). High attention to detail, ability to work independently, and resilience in a fast-growing startup environment. Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus. Experience in companies in the initial phase of operation in Brazil (stage 0→1), especially in contexts of rapid expansion, is a plus.
