Responsibilities Interpret and analyze the technical executive project plans, specifications and procedures. Dimension the production staff for services as agreed with the Engineer. Maintain order and discipline on the construction site. Ensure services are performed under working safety conditions. Assist the Engineer and keep informed about service planning and progress. Oversee the services performed by the production team and/or contractors, ensuring productivity and quality. Participate in hiring and dismissal of production personnel when necessary. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene on the construction site are maintained. Guide the field team and the warehouse clerk regarding activity techniques. Qualifications Experience in structural masonry works (obras alvenaria estrutural).
