DEPARTMENT: Engineering LOCATION: Remotely from anywhere in Brazil What You Get to Do Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Software Engineers to design and develop the product’s functionalities Work throughout the full lifecycle of our product and features, from conception, specification, development, testing, and maintenance Build modern, efficient, modular, and tested user interfaces using React Build scalable backend solutions using Python and Django Learn and discuss good practices for software development and be comfortable taking suggestions and contributions from other experienced developers Participate in technical discussions within and outside your team and be open to receiving feedback Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in web software development Curious, keen on learning new technologies and tools, and evaluating their pros and cons; asks questions and eager to learn more Self-starter, innovative, result-focused and team-oriented Passionate about delivering impact Working At Loadsmart Competitive base salaries Extremely competitive Equity package – become a shareholder in our company Loadie Time Off – PTO and sick days without a limit At Loadsmart, we believe our biggest asset is our people.
