Overview Responsible for monitoring the setup of small, medium, and large events across all states of Brazil, for AEP, Sanctuary, and AEP collaborators, following the logistics defined by the area management. Supervise the installation of items according to the project and rider description, executing the operational. Track contractual management and supplier relations, ensuring financial control of sector costs. Map internal processes to stay within budgeted values according to strategic event management goals. Responsibilities Supervise the build of all event structures according to the project logistics. Ensure contracted items meet the cost values described in the event project. Follow briefing standards to deliver the project successfully. Provide full support to Contractors from start to finish of the process. Operate and track event execution according to the calendar. Generate post-event reports for area management, analyzing strategic calendar for future dates. Attend internal areas, sharing necessary event information with all involved sectors. Logistics of travel: guarantee the itinerary meets team expectations, ensuring comfort, safety, and convenience during travels. Protocol necessary documentation for temporary permits, attending all licensing rules and reviewing documentation with fiscal authorities. Organize event files in the network event directory, sharing all historical records. Oversee pre-montage, build, and dismantle of events. Execute other tasks correlating to the above description at superior discretion. Qualifications & Competencies Graduation in Marketing, Communication, Administration, or related areas. Experience in corporate event organization (a bonus). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Multi-tasking ability and pressure management. Knowledge in event management tools, licensing documentation, and permit issuance. Core Competencies Creativity and innovative capacity. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
