Job Description
Direct Tax Manager at Kimberly-Clark Join us to help create Better Care for a Better World by building and managing iconic brands. In This Role Lead and drive implementation of direct tax savings and initiatives to improve business efficiency. Ensure compliance with US GAAP income tax accounting, reporting, and transfer‑pricing matters. Monthly review of CCH direct taxes and ensure HFM reports. Participate in business strategy formulation to achieve Effective Tax Rate (ETR) targets and provide technical tax expertise. Manage direct tax savings and efficiency through proactive analysis, idea generation, recommendation, and implementation. Organize, staff, motivate, and lead a high‑performance team delivering value via tax analysis and consulting services. Develop talent by hiring, training, retaining, and promoting team members, conducting performance evaluations, and raising performance standards. Provide leadership direction and feedback to the tax team. Define standard work for tax analysis, incorporating best practices for risk management. Review approval payments related to ICMS‑ST when not paid monthly. Monthly review of GRP calculation and inclusion of ZF schedule. Qualifications A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with strong tax knowledge. 6 years of direct tax experience (income tax, transfer pricing, tax planning). Proven experience leading or participating in tax implementation projects or transformation initiatives. Strong analytical skills; proactive trend identification, opportunity development, and issue mitigation. Excellent English verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration at all levels. Submit your CV in English.
