This role involves managing a team of order entry specialists, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating with various departments to meet customer needs and company goals. Working based on the company policies; the manager is directly responsible assure all the orders are under compliance.Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the order entry team to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.* Develop and implement order entry procedures and best practices.* Monitor order processing systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise.* Ensure data accuracy and consistency in order entry systems.* Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to resolve order-related issues.* Analyze order entry data to identify trends and areas for improvement.* Train and mentor order entry staff to enhance their skills and performance.* Maintain and update order entry documentation and training materials.* Generate and analyze reports on order processing metrics and performance.* Leads a team of orders analysts engaged in.* Supports conflict resolution as needed and fosters adherence to Teledyne’s standards of ethical business conduct.* Establishes and drives the daily priority of work for the team. Coordinates with adjacent departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to our customers.* Fosters an environment of collaboration and unity; builds relationships with adjacent departments to promote cooperation and mutual success.* Embraces change and drives management initiatives focused on process improvement, increased efficiency, and business growth.* Administers employee time and attendance reporting.* Oversees the administration of orders and Contracts analysis using SAP and related enterprise business applications.* Ensures all work assignments are performed in accordance with Company’s Policy and Compliance.Job Qualifications: Two-year general business degree or equivalent work experience in a customer service role or sales operations* Must possess a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with direct report responsibility* Two years of hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP system is required* Must be proficient in English and Spanish, other language skills a plus* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook.* Ability to multitask in a team oriented fast paced environment.* Ability to prioritize and organize a variety of functions relating to the position.This position requires access to export-controlled information or items (i.e. regulated technology or technical data per ITAR/EAR US regulations).
