Region of Action: Campinas Responsibilities: Brand Management: Implementation of communication strategies and POS materials to strengthen our brands, aiming for revenue growth and recognition. Promotions and Campaigns: Planning and execution of promotional actions focused on the consumer and distribution channels, in partnership with Trade Marketing, Commercial, and specialized agencies. Product Launch: Coordination of complex new product projects in the segment, involving multifunctional areas and management tools to ensure performance and brand adherence. Innovation and Development: Proposal of new products and market opportunities based on consumption trend research and behavior in the indulgence segments. Performance Analysis: Monitoring of sales, distribution, profitability, and competitive positioning indicators to recommend portfolio adjustments. Sales Forecast (PVO): Active participation in demand planning, aligning actions to achieve financial targets for managed products. Inventory Management: Control of raw materials and finished products with the planning area, aiming for factory efficiency and reduction of losses. Marketing Budget: Administration of the marketing budget according to the annual plan, optimizing investments for the segment. Pricing and Profitability: Economic and financial evaluation of products, price definition, and profitability monitoring at the point of sale. Qualifications: Postgraduate degree/MBA in Administration, Marketing, or Communication. Desirable experience in Product Marketing or Trade Marketing in consumer goods companies. Advanced mastery of the Office package.
