Responsibilities Monitor the daily operation of the site, ensuring the availability of fuels and other products, as well as the correct operation of equipment; manage fuel and product inventory control, placing orders and monitoring deliveries; implement and monitor safety and health standards, ensuring compliance with environmental and legal regulations. Prepare periodic reports, analyze indicators, and propose corrective and improvement actions. Schedule diesel delivery outside base (trains). Supervise cleaning and maintenance of facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for customers and employees. Contribute to maintaining team motivation and adequate performance, by identifying training needs and developing professional development programs for subordinates. Comply with internal regulations, quality management system requirements and inherent safety standards of the sector, as well as use of PPE/PCP equipment. Develop other related activities within the scope of the position or at the discretion of the immediate supervisor, provided they are qualified and align with your knowledge and experience.
