Position Network Security Services (NSS) Project Manager – Rockwell Automation Responsibilities Oversee all projects/program activities – commercially and technically. Be a primary contact to the customer and NSS consultants. Receive assignments as high-level goals and define the process to achieve them. Develop project management methodology for initiation, monitoring, control, and closing. Plan Customer Service Maintenance BU projects. Manage multiple parallel projects. Financial control of the contract or project in execution. Define team activities and act as the interface between the team, the customer, and other departments. Aim to conclude projects within defined deadlines and contractual commercial and technical conditions. Ensure customer satisfaction on automation solutions by managing overall project schedule, budget, and deliverables. Lead multifunction efforts to implement NSS solutions addressing customers’ complex business issues. Manage deliverables directly to the customer and support major enterprise-wide projects. Collaborate globally and coordinate project/support efforts. Lead by example, striving for continuous improvement, commitment, and project ownership. Be a team player, supporting collaboration and understanding across all project activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 3 years of experience in managing projects. Advanced level of English and ability to manage meetings in both English and Spanish. Experience working in cybersecurity, network or automation projects. Experience with methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile or PM. Preferred PMI Certification.
