We are seeking an experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to lead our global paid media efforts, manage high-budget campaigns, and accelerate growth across international luxury fashion markets. Responsibilities Develop and execute large-scale Google Ads strategies across multiple global markets (US, Europe, Asia). Manage and optimize high-budget campaigns ($500K–$5M per month) to maximize ROAS and drive customer acquisition. Oversee Google Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns for luxury fashion collections. Implement advanced audience targeting, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and A/B testing. Collaborate with creative, influencer, and social media teams to align paid campaigns with luxury brand storytelling. Stay ahead of luxury fashion trends, consumer behavior shifts, and Google algorithm updates. Lead and mentor a growing Paid Media team to support international expansion. Qualifications 7 years of hands‑on experience in Google Ads, ideally within luxury fashion, high‑end retail, or premium eCommerce. Proven track record managing large‑scale ad budgets ($500K–$5M monthly) with measurable ROAS success. Expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max, Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, and GA4. Strong analytical & data‑driven mindset, with ability to make real‑time optimizations. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools. Familiarity with luxury consumer behavior and brand positioning is a plus.
