Only 3x times per week (tue-thru)Role:Leads the Supply Chain team for the Aftersales division, focusing on material flow, supplier management, and customer service excellenceWhat You'll Do (Responsibilities) Act as a subject matter expert in Supply Chain, with deep knowledge of local auto parts suppliers in Brazil.* Manage stock levels, resolve issues with troubled suppliers, and oversee supply chain procedures.* Support integration across logistics, forecasting, and inventory functions.* Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve customer service, increase First Order Fill rate, and reduce backorders.* Directly lead a senior team of 6 members, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.* Promote a positive and productive work environment aligned with GM's values and cultural behaviors.* Demonstrate resilience and decision-making in high-pressure and ambiguous environments.* Perform other related duties as assigned.Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree completed in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.* Advanced English and intermediate Spanish proficiency.* Proven experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement.* Strong leadership skills with experience managing people.* Ability to work under pressure and navigate ambiguity.* Desirable knowledge in manufacturing processes.LI-LL1This role is categorized as hybrid.
